• Majestic Fort Smith will operate at a reduced capacity
• As with all of our shows , there is NO RE-ENTRY
• Masks must be worn by ALL patrons upon entry and exit of the venue. Patrons can remove their mask once they purchase and receive food or a drink. 
• Temperature checks are mandatory for anyone entering the building
• Patrons with a temperature that exceeds 100.4 will not be allowed to enter
• Performers will be at least 12 feet away from audience and will be limited to 50 or fewer performers
• Signage will be posted at the entrance advising patrons not to enter if:

1. They have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell
2. They have had known exposure to someone who has had Covid-19 in the last 14 days
3. If you are 65 or older you may wish to refrain from entering
4. If you have any underlying health conditions you may wish to refrain from entering

• A minimum of 6 feet of social distancing is encouraged for all patrons and will be posted on signage
• There will be markings on the floor to help patrons maintain 6 feet of social distance 
• Along with all cleaning and sanitizing protocols that were already in place, per Arkansas Department of Health standards, we will also be ramping up our efforts

1. Bathrooms will be sanitized on an hourly basis
2. Hand sanitizing stations have been added all around the venue for patron use
3. Employees will wear masks and gloves at all times
4. Multi-touch surfaces will be sanitized throughout the event

• Majestic Fort Smith is committed to following CDC and ADH guidelines 

Most concerts and events will be 18 and up only. There may be other special events or shows that are "all ages" friendly. 

All tickets are general admission, standing-room only unless a show is advertised as having reserved seating. Reserved seating is handled on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be secured by sending us an email to majesticfortsmith@gmail.com. Depending on the type of show and ticket sales there may also be occasions where seating is available without reservation. These are also on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Yes, we will have food available before and during the show! Kitchen is open until 10:00 pm.
